Questions
How does the free trial work?
You pick a plan when you register. After you confirm your email you have 14 days of exactly that plan. We never ask for a card. When the 14 days end, your saved work stays readable and prices stay visible; new formula results wait until you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in the billing portal (Profile, Manage subscription). You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
What does the price include?
Prices are in euro and include VAT where VAT applies. The payment page shows the final total before you pay. Invoices and receipts are in the billing portal.
Is my card safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe, a certified payment provider. Your card details never reach FTHelper's servers. Strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) is used where your bank asks for it.
Can I get a refund?
In the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because access starts at once, you are asked to agree that the right ends when the digital service has begun. If something is wrong, write to us and we will fix it or refund the period. See the Refund policy for the details.
What is "AI" here?
Statistical models that run on the server: a direction model tested on data it had not seen, Monte Carlo odds on today's volatility, and a search for past moments that look like now. An optional language model can word the answers; it is never allowed to add a number that the analysis did not produce. It is decision support, not advice, and not a promise.
What is the mirror?
A level at the same distance from the entry as the formula's level, but on the opposite side. If the formula does not reach its level more often than its mirror, it adds nothing. That is how the record is judged. Read the full explanation
Does the formula work?
That is what the track record is for. Every setup is written down and checked against what price did next, against its mirror as the baseline. You see the real numbers, including the markets where the formula does no better than chance.
